For standard orders without any customisation, we recommend placing your order at least three weeks in advance.
For larger orders and orders with customise design, please contact us as early as possible to ensure we can meet your needs and timeline. Customised cakes have varying lead time depending on both the design complexity and the order size.
Yes, we do arrange an online meeting to discuss with you your order. Our sales representative will reach out to you for a consultation once you contact us, or fill up the order form. We will get to understand your ideas, requirements and any special requests, and you can ask us any further questions as well.
