Once you contact us with your requirements, our design team will work closely with you, to create a custom logo cupcake that perfectly represent your brand. You will be receiving mock-ups for your approval before proceeding with the final production.
Our minimum order price for our custom cupcakes start from $200. Our kitchen and catering team are experienced and are able to accomodate orders of any size, from small batches to large events hosting thousands of guests.
For standard orders without any customisation, we recommend placing your order at least three weeks in advance.
For larger orders and orders with customise design, please contact us as early as possible to ensure we can meet your needs and timeline. Customised cupcakes have varying lead time depending on both the design complexity and the order size.
Yes, we do arrange an online meeting to discuss with you your order. Our sales representative will reach out to you for a consultation once you contact us, or fill up the order form. We will get to understand your ideas, requirements and any special requests, and you can ask us any further questions as well.
